David advises clients on all aspects of intellectual property and IT law.

In particular, he represents clients in competition law disputes and advises with respect to technology transactions involving patent, knowhow, trademark and software licence agreements.

He also advises on restructuring and insolvency matters, including those relating to IP/IT.
