In 2024, Joachim has retired from being an active partner of the firm. Starting as an associate of Hengeler Mueller in 1992 and becoming partner in 1997, he advised domestic and foreign industrial clients (in particular from the Nordics and the US) in M&A transactions and corporate matters.
