Oda Christiane Goetzke

Oda advises on national and international M&A transactions. She acts for private equity investors, listed companies and family businesses on mergers and acquisitions and public takeovers, including auction processes (buy-side and sell-side), co-investments and corporate law.

A particular focus of Oda's work is advising on public takeovers. Recent matters in this area include advising KKR on the take-private of Encavis AG and the partnership (including the public takeover) with OHB SE as well as Silver Lake on the take-private of Software AG. Oda also advised Klöckner SE on Swoctem GmbH's takeover offer, the joint venture of Cura and Oaktree on the takeover of Deutsche EuroShop AG and the management board of PNE AG on the public takeover of MSIP.
