Heinrich advised financial institutions and banks in connection with general corporate finance, acquisition finance, project finance as well as internal group financings. He also advised corporate clients as well as private equity investors in connection with M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations. 

Early 2023, Heinrich retired and is no longer an active partner of the firm.
