Ingo specializes in M&A transactions. He advises on national and international M&A projects as well as general corporate law matters.

He advises corporates and financial sponsors on a wide range of transaction structures, including auction processes, carve-outs, minority investments, joint ventures and co-investments. His areas of expertise also include capital market transactions and public takeovers.

  • Siemens on the sale of Yunex to Atlantia and agreements with Siemens Energy in 2023,
