Malte advises clients on all aspects of competition and European law as well as international trade law.
Malte has guided clients from a wide variety of industries through litigation and regulatory investigations, often in cross-border and strategical cases. He joined the firm in 2016 and has since represented clients before the European and national courts, such as the German Court of Justice and the Belgian Constitutional Court, the European Commission, competition authorities of various EU Member States and the U.S. Department of Justice.
Malte's practice focuses on the digital, media, sports, automotive, energy and pharmaceutical sectors.
He regularly publishes on competition and sports law issues and advises athletes and sports associations on litigious matters, including in proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
