Matthias has a broad public law practice with a particular focus on regulated industries. He acts for investors, companies and entities of the public sector in all public law and regulatory matters.

His practice covers representation in public procurement and state aid procedures and includes EU and constitutional law.

He is an experienced litigator representing clients in administrative proceedings and legal disputes in all instances before specialized courts.
