Tanja Peschen

Tanja has a broad public law practice with a particular focus on regulated industries. She acts for investors, companies and entities of the public sector in all public law and regulatory matters.

Her practice focuses on health care regulation (in particular, law on medicinal products and medical devices, social law and compliance). In addition, her practice covers EU-law, constitutional law and administrative law as well as data protection law.

Tanja also advises companies and financial investors on all public law issues in M&A projects. She is an experienced litigator representing clients in administrative proceedings and legal disputes in all instances before specialized courts.
