Valerie Krug

Valerie Krug is an associate in our HM Legal Tech Center team, which develops digitasation strategies and manages projects.

She advises our deal teams in all project phases on the development and implementation of legal tech processes using a variety of legal tech tools. Her focus is on collaboration, project management and review solutions.

She is also an experienced project manager who analyses legal processes across practice groups and optimises them through the targeted use of legal tech tools. The key to success is a deep understanding of legal processes and the ability to utilise innovative technologies to provide efficient and effective solutions to legal challenges. In doing so, she works closely with the client teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the clients' needs.
