Hengeler Mueller advises bank syndicate on EUR 650m bond issue of HeidelbergCement

Under its EUR 10 billion EMTN programme, HeidelbergCement issued a Eurobond with a volume of EUR 650m and a maturity date of 9 October 2024. The 4.5 year bond bears a fixed coupon of 2.500% p.a.
Joint Bookrunners of the transaction are Banca IMI, BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, Credit Agricole CIB, Danske Bank, Deutsche Bank, ING and Standard Chartered Bank.
Hengeler Mueller advised the bank syndicate on the transaction. The team included partner Hendrik Haag (Capital Markets) and associate Raik Petermann (Documentation) (both Frankfurt).
