Hengeler Mueller advises Bank Syndicate on Refinancing of Continental

Hengeler Mueller has advised an international bank syndicate in connection with a EUR 4.5 bn syndicated facilities agreement for the international automotive supplier Continental AG.
The Hengeler Mueller team included partner Johannes Tieves as well as associates Nadine Rinck and Martin Tasma.
