Hengeler Mueller advises Blackstone on acquisition of logistics properties portfolio

Hengeler Mueller has advised affiliates of the Blackstone Group on the acquisition of a multinational logistics properties portfolio. It includes the remaining properties of Hines Global REIT in Germany and five logistics centres in Poland, amongst others the Fiege Mega-Center near Erfurt as well as the logistics centres formerly developed by Harder in Duisburg, Nuremberg-Feucht, Karlsdorf near Karlsruhe and Forchheim.
The Hengeler Mueller team was led by partner Thomas Müller (M&A/Real Estate, Frankfurt) and included partner Jan D.
