Hengeler Mueller advises DIC on real estate portfolio acquisition

Frankfurt-based DIC Asset AG has acquired a real estate portfolio consisting of 15 real estate complexes in several major German cities from the insurance companies AXA Group Germany and DVB Winterthur. The transaction value amounts to € 320 m. Almost all of the properties with a total area of around 182,000 sqm are used as office blocks and business premises.
