Hengeler Mueller advises EQT on cable transaction

The Swedish private equity group EQT has signed an agreement to acquire the cable network operator Kabel Baden-Württemberg.

EQT was advised by Hengeler Mueller. Advice was provided by partners Achim Herfs, Maximilian Schiessl (both M&A / Lead Partners), Alf-Henrik Bischke (Competition) and Wolfgang Spoerr (Regulatory) in addition to associates Steffen Oppenländer and Michael Riha.
