Hengeler Mueller advises underwriters on capital increase of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG

Hengeler Mueller is advising the underwriters led by COMMERZBANK Aktiengesellschaft and Deutsche Bank AG on the capital increase of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG in the amount of EUR 420 m.

The Hengeler Mueller team is led by partner Torsten Busch and includes partner Daniela Favoccia (Corporate) as well as associates Sven Henrik Schneider, Nikolaus Hofstetter and Antje Hagena (all Frankfurt).

Hengeler Mueller is working on this transaction in an integrated team together with US law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell (led by partner John Banes), which advises on US aspects of the offering. Inhouse, Commerzbank is represented by Bernd Singhof and Deutsche Bank by Andreas Meyer and Ulrich Brandt.
