Hengeler Mueller advises Waterland on financing the acquisition of Voiceworks and refinancing the acquisitions of Swyx and Centile

Swyx Group, a portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity (‘Waterland’), has merged with the Dutch Within Reach Group, the holding and parent company of Voiceworks, thereby creating a European market leader for innovative communications services. In the course of the merger, the new group also acquired the French company Centile Telecom Applications.

Hengeler Mueller advised Waterland comprehensively on the financing of the transaction. The team was led by partner Daniela Böning and included the associates Jochen Schnepper and Henning Hilke (all Finance, Frankfurt).

In connection with the Dutch aspects of the financing transaction the team was supported by the Best Friends law firm DeBrauw Blackstone Westbroek.
