  • Lone Star on the acquisition of the commercial and residential fire protection business from Carrier Global
  • Inflexion on the acquisition of a stake in Tierarzt Plus Partner
  • Investindustrial on the acquisition of CSM Bakery
  • Waterland on a partnership with the Duvenbeck Group
  • Argand Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in the Cherry Group and the subsequent IPO of the group
  • Blackstone on several single- and multi-asset real estate transactions, particularly on the acquisition of the Canadian Dream Global REIT
