Susanne Koch

Susanne specializes in public law and advises investors, companies, associations and the public sector on all public law and regulatory matters involving both national and European law. 

In addition, she is an experienced litigator representing clients in all administrative proceedings and legal disputes. Susanne also advises companies and financial investors on all public law issues in M&A projects.

Susanne's practice focuses on health care regulation (including drugs and medicinal products, social law and compliance) and gambling law. In addition, her practice covers constitutional law, data protection law, public subsidies, product safety law and compliance. Susanne also has broad experience with proceedings before German administrative and social courts, and the Federal Constitutional Court.
